Role Overview
- Deliver high-quality C++ features and improvements using AI-native workflows
- Identify, analyze, and refactor legacy code patterns
- Configure and evolve the AI development environment
- Conduct code reviews and mentor team members
- Collaborate with client's technical leads to align on technical direction
Requirements
- 7+ years of commercial C++ development experience
- Deep knowledge of modern C++ (C++17 / C++20)
- Proven experience working on large, long-lived codebases
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot CLI, or equivalent)
- Strong debugging, profiling, and root-cause analysis skills
