Facilitating all Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring teams remain focused and aligned on sprint goals.
Creating and maintaining Sprint Status Reports, RAID logs, and delivery dashboards to provide clear visibility of progress to stakeholders and leadership.
Collaborating with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure backlog readiness, refine user stories, and define clear acceptance criteria that drive meaningful delivery outcomes.
Representing teams in Scrum of Scrums and cross-team coordination forums, while leading stakeholder meetings and status calls with both internal and client leadership.
Acting as a servant-leader by removing impediments, supporting Agile maturity growth, and fostering a psychologically safe, high-performing team environment across distributed teams.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience of 7+ years as a Scrum Master, ideally within digital transformation programmes in the insurance or financial services sector, with the ability to step into Product Owner or Project Manager responsibilities when needed.
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum and SAFe, combined with hands-on experience using tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA to manage and track delivery.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with proven experience working effectively with distributed teams across multiple geographies and time zones.
A solid understanding of cloud technologies, preferably Azure, with familiarity with modern technology stacks such as Angular, Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, and .NET considered a strong plus.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is desirable.
