About this role
Role Overview
- Support the sourcing of all data needed to support the servicing organisations
- Manage all data appropriately including granularity, retention, access, measures, and dimensions
- Coordinate with the data squad for data engineering
- Support a culture of continuous improvement and work to minimize areas of operational debt
- Design, build, deliver and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts
- Work closely with operational owners to understand workforce capacity, performance, and metrics
- Enhance reporting to include predictive analytics focused on KPIs
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and client reporting needs
- Liaise closely with stakeholders such as finance and underwriting
- Support a collaborative, engaging, and inclusive working practice
Requirements
- Strong knowledge and skills associated with data on Insurance systems
- Strong knowledge of telephony platforms (esp AWS Connect)
- Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft SSRS/SSIS/SSAS knowledge
- Advanced Excel, PowerBI skills
- Ability to build data structures and advanced data queries using SQL and python
- Sound understanding of contact centre processes and reporting
- Knowledge of workforce capacity and performance planning
- Analytics expertise for operational service functions
- Knowledge of Insurance operations, technical claims and network areas
- Understanding of data management and governance
- Self-motivated with initiative to solve problems and improve processes
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
