The Consultant I works with a team of professionals responsible for developing standardised solutions for our customers.
This role will research, isolate, diagnose, resolve and follow up on problems for customer change events.
Install, upgrade, test, and configure systems as part of completing the implementation project.
Consult with clients to analyse and verify operational needs, and to understand clients' business objectives and goals
Inform customer and other stakeholders of project progress
Perform post-sale initial technical implementation of technology products
Conduct tasks and assignments as directed
Work under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment
Track progress of Implementation project(s). Ensure deadlines are met and scheduling issues are resolved

Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent experience.
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Ability to apply, test, and reconfigure data rules to produce desired results
A balanced mix of skills: driver and facilitator, tactical leader and doer
