About this role
Role Overview
Function as Global System Owner for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting
Manage, optimize and continuously develop the SuccessFactors Recruiting module
Closely collaborate with IT teams and HR stakeholders across global subsidiaries
Plan and lead system upgrades, releases, test cycles and rollouts
Design and implement a global recruiting process, including reporting and KPIs
Identify and implement innovative technologies, digital solutions and AI-driven approaches to further optimize recruiting
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable field
Proven track record of optimizing recruiting processes and systems at a global level
Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting
Curiosity and enthusiasm for additional digital tools and the use of AI in recruiting
Experience in international project management
Strong analytical, conceptual and structured thinking skills
Solid knowledge of GDPR, compliance and audit requirements in an international context
Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
Excellent communication skills, ability to work interculturally and a high degree of autonomy
