About this role
Role Overview
Acting as Global System Owner for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting
Managing, optimizing, and continuously developing the SuccessFactors Recruiting module
Partnering closely with IT teams and HR stakeholders across global subsidiaries
Planning and leading system upgrades, releases, testing cycles, and rollouts
Designing and implementing a global recruiting process, incl. reporting and KPIs
Identifying and introducing innovative technologies, digital solutions, and AI-driven approaches to further optimize recruiting
Requirements
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable field
Proven track record in recruiting process and system optimization on a global scale
Experience in working with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting
Curiosity and enthusiasm for further digital tools, and application of AI in Recruiting
Experience in international project management
Strong analytical, conceptual, and structured thinking
Solid understanding of GDPR, compliance, and audit requirements in an international context
Fluent English (spoken and written); German is a plus, but not a requirement
Excellent communication skills, the ability to collaborate across cultures, and a high level of independence.
