Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and drive revenue growth through remote engagement strategies

Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and analyze performance metrics
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position Medtronic's Cardiovascular Portfolio products
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals and decision-makers using virtual communication platforms
Requirements
High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years experience in a sales, customer support, role or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences role
OR Associate’s Degree AND 6+ years experience in a sales, customer support role, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences role
OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years experience in a sales, customer support role, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences role
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or related field (Nice to Have)
Remote sales experience in the healthcare or medical field preferred
Knowledge of cardiovascular products and procedures is advantageous
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas, demonstrating strong sales performance
2+ years of sales experience, with a focus on building and nurturing customer relationships
Experience in account management, with a focus on building and nurturing customer relationships
Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage customer data and sales activities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating self-motivation and strong organizational skills
