Role Overview
- Collaborate with a team to deliver analytics projects
- Address key business needs of Roche and its affiliates
- Process small and large-scale secondary healthcare datasets
- Perform complex analyses to derive meaningful insights
- Build statistical models using state-of-the-art analytics tools
- Generate qualitative and quantitative reports to communicate key takeaways
- Present findings from analyses to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of the healthcare marketplace
- Take complete ownership of work with minimal guidance
- Prioritize competing stakeholder requests
Requirements
- 1–3 years of overall experience in the analytics or consulting space
- Preferably within the Pharma, Biotech, or Healthcare domain
- Proficient in statistical data analysis tools
- Knowledge of SQL and Advanced Excel (Pivot, Macros, and VBA) is a must
- Python and SAS are highly advantageous
- Strong presentation skills, with high proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated and learning-oriented individual
- Bonus: Experience in Big Data Analysis with Hadoop, Hive, or Spark is a strong plus
