Requirements
1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally in a D2C or e-commerce environment
Practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Business Manager; TikTok is a plus
Analytical mindset: you read data like others read a trail — and translate it into concrete actions
Strong execution skills — you prefer doing over planning
Fluent German (C1+); English is a plus
Desire to help shape channels in a growing company and make a real impact
