Support the analysis, administration, and governance of executive compensation programs
Conduct market research and compensation analyses to support executive pay programs, including short-term incentives, equity, and deferred compensation plans
Assist with the administration of executive compensation plans in compliance with internal policies and external regulations, including SEC requirements
Prepare analyses, reports, and presentation materials for senior leadership and the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors
Support the integration of performance metrics into executive compensation programs
Partner with HR, Legal, Finance, and external consultants to support benchmarking, plan evaluation, and ongoing program administration
Assist with special projects including one-time awards, perquisites, continuous improvement initiatives, and other compensation-related work as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in executive compensation, compensation, or total rewards
Hands-on experience supporting or administering executive compensation programs
Experience preparing executive compensation analyses and materials for senior leadership and/or Board of Directors
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and compensation benchmarks
Knowledge of executive compensation governance and regulatory considerations
Experience preparing materials for a Board Compensation Committee
Familiarity with SEC disclosures related to executive compensation
Professional certification (e.g., CCP or equivalent)
Experience working with external compensation consultants or vendors
Advanced Excel or compensation analytics skills
