Conduct outbound outreach via cold calling, email, and social channels
Respond to and qualify inbound leads from marketing initiatives
Engage prospects in discovery conversations to assess needs and fit
Generate and schedule qualified meetings and product demos
Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and outcomes in the CRM
Follow established sales processes and messaging frameworks
Consistently meet activity and opportunity creation targets
Requirements
Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales, sales development, or lead generation
Prior experience working remotely, with fluency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar; candidates without prior remote work experience will not be considered
Experience working with US or UK-based companies
Comfort with outbound calling and written prospecting
Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset
