Own and maintain the product backlog, keeping it well-groomed and aligned with both strategic initiatives and urgent business needs.
Lead daily/weekly product rituals (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.) and ensure alignment between engineering and stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria, enabling smooth handoff to development teams.
Monitor delivery progress, resolve blockers, and keep all stakeholders updated on timelines, trade-offs, and outcomes.
Partner with design and engineering to ensure high-quality feature delivery that meets user expectations.
Analyze performance metrics post-launch, gather feedback, and iterate to improve outcomes.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in a product manager, product owner, project, business analyst, or delivery support role (or strong internship / trainee experience).
Basic understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies and sprint-based delivery.
Experience writing or contributing to user stories, acceptance criteria, or requirements.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Interest in creator tools, content platforms, or digital media workflows.
Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a product management career.
