Own the full pre-sales technical experience across the enterprise space in North America, guiding prospects through evaluation, product demos, architecture design, and proof-of-concept stages
Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to drive regional growth and align technical value to customer infrastructure and operational goals
Lead and mentor Solutions Engineers supporting the region while remaining hands-on in strategic deals, stepping into complex technical evaluations, architecture discussions, and proof-of-concept engagements where executive technical leadership is needed
Own the technical strategy, identifying repeatable technical patterns across opportunities and translating those insights into scalable pre-sales playbooks, demo standards, and enablement for the broader SE team
Partner with onboarding and Customer Success teams to accelerate time-to-value and ensure long-term adoption across large, distributed enterprise environments
Support the review and alignment of technical content within RFIs, and customer evaluation processes providing subject matter expertise without owning full proposal management
Serve as a strategic voice between Sales and Product surfacing regional customer feedback identifying feature gaps and influencing roadmap direction
Build and maintain reusable technical assets including lab environments, demo flows, battlecards, and scripts to support a scalable AE-to-SE model
Represent NinjaOne at regional industry events, conferences, and customer forums
Help shape the future of the Enterprise SE function contributing to playbooks, processes, and cross-functional alignment across the organization
Requirements
10+ years in pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting supporting enterprise B2B SaaS customers
Experience leading and developing Solutions Engineers while maintaining hands-on credibility in complex enterprise or public sector sales cycles
Evolved from a technical background such as TAM, support, or systems engineer with practical insight into IT operations at scale across the enterprise space
Recognized authority in a technical domain or market segment with the ability to shape technical strategy and guide complex public sector opportunities to technical close
Strong communicator with executive presence able to tailor messaging for administrators, technical staff, and agency leadership
Deep domain knowledge in IT operations, RMM, endpoint management, and ITSM-adjacent platforms within the public sector
Understands how IT teams in enterprise environments evaluate, procure, and scale solutions along with insight into procurement processes and compliance considerations
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Technical certifications such as CISSP, Security+, or cloud architecture are a plus.
