Negotiation of contracts with clinics and private practice physicians in collaboration with project leads
Preparation and adjustment of budget overviews and contracts for individual study sites
Act as a point of contact and interface with the Legal department and incorporate their recommendations into study contracts
Proactive communication with project management and study sites
Responsible for coordinating contract logistics
Ensuring timely completion of study contracts
Establishment, maintenance and further development of a documentation system for contract-related information
Contribute to process improvements, knowledge transfer and best-practice sharing
