Role Overview
- Obtain finance options for DCNA customers
- Maintain relationships with various banking institutions
- Collaborate with New & Used vehicle sales team on sales strategies for customers
- Ensure all documents are completed inline with delivery requirements
- Formulate new finance product offerings for DCNA
- Create transparency in the risk portfolio of DCNA
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business or a related field
- 5 years of relevant experience in automotive, banking, commercial vehicle industry sales, or customer service role
- Fine attention to detail & accountability
- Computer literacy Across multiple platforms including CRM software (MSOffice/SAP/Novis etc)
- Independent self-starter
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Time management and organization abilities
- High level of personal and professional integrity, honesty and accountability
- Understanding and ability to explain complex product details
- Willingness to extensively travel with and without sales team to customers, banking institutions and trade shows
