Create short-form clips (Shorts, Reels, TikToks) from podcast and YouTube content
Apply clean cuts, pacing, basic motion graphics, captions, and sound balancing suitable for YouTube audiences
Use AI-powered tools to assist with editing workflows, captioning, clipping, noise reduction, and content optimization
Collaborate with producers and creators to implement feedback and revisions efficiently
Ensure all videos align with brand guidelines, platform best practices, and publishing requirements
Organize project files and assets to support a smooth remote workflow

1+ year of hands-on experience editing YouTube videos and/or video podcasts
Demonstrated experience using modern AI tools in video editing workflows
Proficiency with at least one professional video editing platform (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
Strong understanding of YouTube and podcast content styles, pacing, and viewer engagement
Non-negotiable: Prior experience working remotely, with fluency in remote collaboration tools and platforms such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana
Ability to take feedback, manage deadlines, and communicate clearly in a remote environment
