About this role
Role Overview
Contribute to rigorous, structured analysis of qualitative data produced by the WiLL project
Check the quality of qualitative data (transcriptions, anonymization)
Perform coding of qualitative data (interviews, focus groups) using dedicated software
Contribute to thematic analysis of the data
Contribute to drafting the qualitative sections of reports
Participate in regular team meetings
Requirements
Advanced university degree (Master's or equivalent) in gender studies, sociology, education, social sciences, or a related field
At least two years of experience (including internships) in qualitative or mixed-methods research
Proven experience in coding and analyzing qualitative data
Strong command of qualitative methods (interviews, thematic analysis)
Ability to work with large qualitative datasets
Analytical rigor and attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a remote team
Good writing skills
Excellent command of French (written and spoken)
