Acquire and compile structured and unstructured data, verifying its quality, accuracy, and reasonableness
Perform analyses of historical data to surface trends and insights using advanced analytical methods
Validate analytical techniques employed by other analysts
Develop expertise in key subject areas (e.g., audience targeting, client journey, marketing channel usage, and marketing content)
Prepare and deliver visualizations and internal presentations that translate analytic insights into tangible, actionable solutions for business partners to implement
Develop, own, and manage recurring analytic or reporting processes
Engage with internal partners to understand business strategy, questions, and goals
Bring structure to business requests, translate requirements into an analytical project approach, and lead projects through completion
Delegate tasks and provide tactical and strategic guidance to peers
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned
Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation in analytics tools and methods
Partner with teams in Marketing, CXD, Engineering, and Finance to deliver integrated insights
Requirements
Over five years in analytics, data science, or business intelligence
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Strong skills in communication, presentation development, and stakeholder engagement
Experience with tools like Tableau and Power BI
Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies (e.g., A/B, multivariate, multi-armed bandit)
