Manage FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis), controllership, and financial/strategic planning processes, ensuring that results reflect the company’s accounting and financial reality and support decision-making by the board and shareholders.
Ensure the preparation and analysis of financial statements by overseeing accounting practices and liaising with external and internal audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and approval of the statements.
Ensure the company’s tax compliance by coordinating tax calculations and payments, ensuring adherence to legislation, meeting deadlines, and validation with external audit.
Participate in, support and influence strategic projects and committees through critical analysis and proposals for systemic and process improvements, ensuring sustainable growth and optimization of financial practices.
Manage accounting and tax BPO by monitoring SLAs, deliverables, and technical compliance, ensuring contractual adherence, quality and timeliness.
Ensure correct and timely delivery of financial information and metrics to shareholders, ensuring transparency, credibility of results, and alignment with the corporate group.
Monitor market trends and conduct benchmarking, implementing best practices and innovations to ensure alignment with market benchmarks, regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
Ensure execution of financial and automation projects within the area through prioritization, schedule and resource management, guaranteeing efficiency, innovation and business impact.
Develop and lead the team through performance monitoring, structured feedback and training, ensuring technical growth, engagement and sustainable performance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or Engineering
Strong experience in controllership, financial planning, accounting and taxation
Desirable experience with capital raising and logistics companies
Office suite (advanced Excel and PowerPoint)
Knowledge of ERP and TMS (desirable)
Ability to adapt to dynamic environments
Postgraduate degree in Accounting, Controllership, Business Administration or Economics
Knowledge of BI and AI
