Role Overview
- Responsible for the critical review of quality reports, ensuring the technical evaluation of results and identification of deviations.
- Consolidate and prepare management presentations with supplier performance indicators, providing insights for continuous improvement;
- Conduct periodic meetings with suppliers and internal stakeholders (especially the commercial team) to align expectations, discuss results and direct corrective and preventive actions;
- Present quality results and indicators to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and supporting decision-making;
- Monitor and manage action plans with suppliers, tracking deadlines, effectiveness of measures and the evolution of indicators to ensure continuous improvement of processes and products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field;
- Technical courses in textiles or garment manufacturing;
- Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint;
- Experience analyzing quality indicators;
- Problem-solving tools (e.g., PDCA);
- Management of action plans and supplier relationship management.
