Role Overview
- Design and deploy data driven solutions for AML and Fraud detection using Python, SQL, etc.
- Lead transaction segmentation, rule tuning and KPI framework development
- Collaborate cross functionally with compliance and tech teams to enhance monitoring systems and drive risk insights
Requirements
- 3+ years of dedicated BSA/AML compliance experience
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and Python
- Strong data analytics and data science skills
- Proficiency in Tableau or equivalent visualization tools
- Knowledge of AML regulations and financial services operations
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
