Role Overview
- Provide clear, professional People advice across the employee lifecycle.
- Managing employee relations matters, recruitment and supporting wellbeing and family-friendly practices.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to managers to ensure that policies are applied consistently and in line with UK employment legislation.
Requirements
- Confident managing cases and influencing stakeholders
- Strong understanding of UK employment law
- Communicates clearly, professionally and with confidence
- An inquisitive mindset with a keen interest in data, insights and emerging AI tools.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- CIPD level 3 minimum
- Build strong relationships with managers, acting as a trusted People Advisor
- Passionate about delivering the highest possible standards of service, with a positive 'can do' attitude.
