About this role
Role Overview
Manage customer relationships by serving as the primary day-to-day contact for small-to-mid-size health system accounts
Support the field sales team by handling sales support tasks and administrative functions
Coordinate cross-functionally between customers and internal McKesson teams (operations, supply chain, contracting)
Drive the customer roadmap by partnering with field sales to execute account renewal strategies
Navigate contracting processes by supporting or leading contract negotiations for assigned accounts
Spend the majority of your time on-site at customer locations, building trust and strengthening partnerships
Requirements
Degree or equivalent experience and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience
2+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical distribution, sales support, or customer-facing account management
Demonstrated experience managing customer relationships or resolving customer escalations
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
