Role Overview

• Serve as a front-line voice guiding members through their care journey
• Resolve inquiries with confidence through email, phone, and chat
• Deliver best-in-class support with timely and empathetic resolutions
• Ensure prompt, clear communication while conveying warmth and empathy
• Contribute to team satisfaction and quality metrics

Requirements

• Available to work a variable schedule (4:00 AM – 8:00 PM PST), including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• At least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer-facing role
• Excellent member-facing communication skills (spoken and written)
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple processes and workflows simultaneously
• Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal)
