Lead and support large-scale supply chain transformation programs, ensuring delivery across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and geographies.
Drive end-to-end program and project management for complex initiatives, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
Manage cross-functional collaboration across business, IT, and external partners to ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions.
Support Supply Chain Planning processes (demand & supply planning) to improve forecast accuracy, product availability, and inventory efficiency.
Contribute to enterprise-wide digital transformation programs, with exposure to SAP platforms such as ARIBA, BTP, IBP, and EBW.
Lead or contribute to solution design, testing, and deployment of digital planning tools and analytics solutions.
Drive change management and user adoption strategies for new systems, ensuring smooth rollouts at scale.
Utilize project and test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, or equivalent) to track milestones, risks, and deliverables.
Develop executive-ready dashboards, reports, and insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Ensure program governance, reporting cadence, and KPI tracking for senior leadership visibility.
Requirements
4–7 years of relevant experience in supply chain analytics, consulting, or program/project management roles.
Experience in leading or supporting large-scale transformation programs is highly preferred.
Academic background in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or Business Analytics preferred.
Strong program and project management experience, particularly in managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
Proven ability in stakeholder management and executive communication across business and technical teams.
Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience working in supply chain, planning, or operations environments.
Familiarity with ERP systems and enterprise digital transformation programs (SAP preferred).
Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Excel, and PowerPoint.
