Analyze digital and web data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that support business decisions.
Build and maintain reports and dashboards using tools such as Databricks and data sourced from Adobe and GA4 clickstream datasets.
Translate business questions into clear analytical requirements and deliver accurate, timely insights.
Work with clickstream and digital interaction data to support performance measurement and optimization efforts.
Support ongoing improvements to reporting processes and data quality, following established best practices.
Leverage and develop AI initiatives to achieve operational efficiency unlocks.
Requirements
Hands-on experience analyzing digital or web data in an analytics role (Adobe, GA4).
Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing data, preferably using Databricks or similar data platforms.
Experience building dashboards and reports in Tableau, Adobe Workspace (or similar BI tools).
Solid analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and explain findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with guidance from senior team members.
Flexibility to attend meetings on occasion during U.S. business hours or adjust working hours to enable overlap with U.S.-based teams.
Exposure to experimentation, optimization, or A/B testing data (Preferred).
Experience working in multi-tool analytics environments within large or complex organizations (Preferred).
2–4 years of relevant experience in digital analytics, data analysis, or a related field (Preferred).
