Role Overview
- Implement Moss’s procurement strategy ensuring availability of project materials
- Manage internal departments to meet procurement schedules and design deliverable dates
- Train project teams on packing slip review and data entry requirements
- Communicate material storage needs and delivery requirements to project teams
- Track steel procurement to support fabrication schedules
- Oversee delivery schedules and report on status during ocean transit
Requirements
- College Degree or Supply Chain Certifications
- Minimum 1-2 years industry experience in Supply Chain
- Experience in solar industry preferred
- Fluent in MS Office products
- Proficiency with Procore, Smartsheets, and similar platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Familiar with construction and supply contracts
