Global Sourcing Intern, Blades Production, Special Tools and Equipment

Role Overview

• Assist category managers and strategic buyers in preparing negotiations, managing supplier interactions, and finalizing commercial and technical agreements
• Support on ensuring accurate maintenance of blades capex sourcing information. CAPEX approval files, and internal databases.
• Guarantee traceability of supplier communications, evaluation criteria, and decision-making records
• Support internal and external audits by providing the required sourcing documentation
• Create and manage tender IDs for CAPEX projects, coordinate signature workflows (NDA, contracts, investment approvals), and prepare cost comparison matrixes including technical and total-cost-of-ownership criteria.
• Receive and process offers, engineering documents, technical evaluations, and support stakeholders with PR/PO issues related to machinery, equipment, and facility investments
• Support onboarding of industrial and technical suppliers, manage master data updates, vendor creation requests, and bank detail verification.
• Coordinate qualification steps such as safety requirements, factory acceptances, and quality or compliance documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Fluent English and Spanish required. Other language is a plus
• Readiness for action, strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• High level of commitment, proactivity and dedication
• Great willingness to learn and contribute
