Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent business project management experience
- BPO experience is a MUST
- 1-3 years of experience in project management
- 2+ years in operations and/or account management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality
- Self-starters willing to support their project teams
- PMP certification is a PLUS
