Work on all stages of the UX design process ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
Participate in user-centered design activities, including creating journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design that effectively communicate design ideas.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
Participate in conducting usability tests, heuristic evaluations, and other reviews to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of designs.
Help maintain design system, page templates, and style guides that ensure consistency across products.
Must be flexible, with a high tolerance for organizational complexity and ability to work with partners across different cultures and time-zones.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Interaction Design, or equivocal years of experience
5+ years of experience in UX design
3+ years experience in Figma
5+ years experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
3+ years experience with responsive and mobile design
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders
