About this role
Role Overview
Lead and optimise end-to-end supply chain operations across project portfolio
Manage supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management for project-related materials, equipment, and services
Monitor and track supplier performance, proactively addressing any issues or deviations
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineering, procurement, and logistics teams to forecast material needs
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
Generate regular reports on supply chain performance, cost savings, and risk mitigation efforts
Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Proven years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a project-oriented environment
Proven track record of managing complex supply chains for large-scale industrial or energy projects
Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and contract negotiation principles
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, APICS) are a plus.
