Independent posting of all business transactions in accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger
Monitoring of open items and independent handling of dunning processes to ensure stable cash flow
Preparation and support for audits as well as preparation of VAT returns and statistical reports
Maintenance, reconciliation and monitoring of all accounts to ensure accurate bookkeeping
Point of contact for internal departments and preparation of meaningful financial analyses and reports
Identification and implementation of optimization potentials in accounting processes using modern AI tools

With approximately 3
6 years of experience in accounting – ideally with a focus on accounts payable and accounts receivable – you act confidently and solution-oriented
You work routinely with accounting software
ideally DATEV
and have very good Excel skills
AI-supported ways of working interest you and you enjoy using innovative tools in everyday accounting
You can prepare complex issues in an understandable way, work in an organized manner and set clear priorities
You communicate confidently in German & fluently in English
