About this role
Role Overview
Drive strategic healthcare partnerships and enhance value creation for customers within Hospital & Ambulatory Monitoring.
Build long-term strategic partnerships and drive customer success throughout the contracts’ periods.
Establish and execute governance structures to achieve short
and long-term goals and objectives.
Plan and lead regular governance meetings.
Monitor the performance of the solution and identify clinical and technical needs to maximize value creation.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop an effective introduction roadmap for new products.
Requirements
Have min. 4 years’ experience in customer relationship management, project/program management and/or management consulting with a strategic approach.
Possess strong skills in managing stakeholder relationships and achieving results within complex organizations.
Hold a master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Health, or a related field.
Fluent in Swedish and English and ideally have experience in the healthcare sector.
