About this role
Role Overview
- Focus on the gold layer of the Medallion Architecture, building KPIs and business-ready data outputs
- Dig into existing data to identify issues and optimise current datasets
- Gather requirements from stakeholders across different departments
- Translate business problems into actionable data solutions
- Contribute to discussions on data architecture and pipeline development
- Present your work and findings to the C-level at the end of the internship
Requirements
- Currently studying Maths, Physics, Statistics, Data Engineering, Data Management, or a related quantitative field
- Comfortable with Python, PySpark, and Databricks, or genuinely motivated to get there fast
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into data solutions
- A natural communicator who can hold your own in stakeholder conversations
- Proactive, curious, and not afraid to dig into messy data
- Able to provide a university internship agreement
- Fluent in English
- Available for a 6-month internship starting September 2026, with at least 2 days per week on-site in Brussels
