Requirements
- 4-5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Strong experience in: ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management)
- CSM (Customer Service Management)
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, etc.)
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
