Role Overview

• Lead and develop a team for study startup and database design
• Oversee Central Lab Specifications and database configuration
• Manage quality oversight and escalation management
• Collaborate with project management and client stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• 1+ year of leadership experience
• Experience with LIMS/QMS platforms
• Familiarity with study startup workflows
• Strong verbal and presentation skills
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
