Drive end-to-end talent acquisition initiatives across technical, Marketing and other business functions, ensuring alignment with organizational hiring priorities and growth objectives.
Partner closely with hiring managers to translate workforce plans into effective hiring strategies and clearly defined role requirements.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, networking, and social media platforms to build a high quality candidate pipeline.
Lead candidate evaluation and talent assessment processes to identify individuals with strong functional expertise, cultural alignment, and long-term potential.
Manage and streamline interview coordination in collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring an efficient and structured selection process.
Continuously contribute to improving recruitment operations, candidate experience, and overall hiring effectiveness across the organization.
Analyze recruitment metrics, market insights, and hiring trends to provide strategic updates and recommendations to leadership teams.
Support onboarding readiness and pre-joining engagement initiatives to enhance candidate conversion and early employee experience.
Stay informed on evolving talent market trends, competitive hiring practices, and industry benchmarks to continuously strengthen recruitment effectiveness and employer branding.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A master's degree is nice to have.
Proficient in leveraging Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn, and modern recruitment tools to drive efficient sourcing, streamlined hiring workflows, and data-driven talent acquisition outcomes.
Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end recruitment across both Technical and GTM functions.
Adaptable team player with strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage priorities.
