Prospect the international market to identify, prioritize, and manage a commercial pipeline
Lead negotiations and recruit high-potential sellers for the marketplace
Build strong relationships with new sellers and provide data-driven insights and high-quality support to help them grow their business on the Leroy Merlin Marketplace
Monitor and analyze seller performance metrics and identify areas for improvement to increase customer satisfaction, profitability, and operational performance
Coordinate and manage projects within the organization (IT, Retail, stores, Finance, etc.) and communicate with internal and external stakeholders while meeting tight deadlines for high-visibility projects
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities to improve our offering and maintain a competitive advantage
Requirements
Full professional proficiency in German (C1)
Full professional proficiency in English (C1)
Intermediate proficiency in French (minimum B2)
1 to 3 years of experience (including internships or work-study) in consulting, e-commerce, FMCG, or retail
Proven commercial and analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Eagerness to learn
Strong organizational skills, result orientation, and initiative
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
Knowledge of e-commerce and Marketplace platforms is a plus
