Lead commercial strategy and execution to translate Roche’s global innovation pipeline into impactful solutions
Own financial performance across the portfolio
Develop and execute integrated go-to-market and marketing strategies
Lead new product launches and portfolio expansion initiatives
Oversee portfolio lifecycle management and prioritisation
Identify emerging market opportunities and customer needs
Leverage market insights and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions
Build and lead a high-performing Commercial Strategy & Marketing organisation
Champion cross-functional collaboration

Over 10 years of experience in marketing, sales, strategy, or commercial leadership within the diagnostics industry
Strong diagnostics and market understanding, particularly within Core Lab environments and/or Molecular Diagnostics
Proven commercial leadership experience
Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to thrive in matrix organisations
