Customer Success Manager – Accounting Firms Market

Role Overview

• Manage a dedicated portfolio of accounting firms.
• Act as the primary point of contact for firms once they decide to deploy Yooz across their client portfolios.
• Drive adoption and usage of the solution among accounting staff.
• Reduce churn and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Encourage firms to recommend Yooz to their clients, contacts, subsidiaries and professional networks.
• Provide ongoing client follow-up through demonstrations and achieve additional upsell targets.

Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent in a business-related field.
• Ideally, 2 years of experience in similar roles.
• Experience in accounting and/or accounting/finance SaaS.
• Proven experience delivering product demonstrations, with strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Autonomous, persistent, and passionate about IT.
