Plans, directs, and monitors the activities of a sales team within a specified region/district/geography to achieve established sales targets.
Develops and/or implements business strategies for existing and potential accounts.
Manages the day-to-day activities of a sales team in order to implement the organization's overall sales strategy.
Develops and maintains strong relationships with all key account personnel and relevant functions to support selling, market development, and clinical programs.
Identifies opportunities and develops new programs to meet sales plans to increase market share.
Assesses need for new selling programs and processes, conducts competitive analysis, and implements strategies.
Coaches sales representatives on the technical aspects of the organization's products and services, marketing campaigns, sales promotions, and techniques.
Requirements
High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 9+ years experience
OR Associate’s Degree AND 10+ years experience
OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years experience
Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
