About this role
Role Overview
Respond to user support requests via ticketing (FreshService) or phone.
Diagnose issues and identify faults.
Document support requests and the solutions provided in the FreshService ticketing system.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot IT equipment such as computers and phones.
Resolve level-1 incidents and requests, or escalate to the appropriate support team.
Advise, train, and assist users.
Keep the knowledge base and operational procedures up to date.
Requirements
Proficiency with desktop and mobile environments: Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments.
Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Motivated and proactive.
English (spoken and written).
