Role Overview
- Provide legal support to the TTC business teams in the region
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts
- Advise on legal and compliance matters
- Support senior business leaders
- Help lead, develop and manage the TTC’s compliance program
- Develop and deliver impactful training sessions on legal and compliance topics
- Oversee disputes and litigation, managing outside counsel when necessary
- Develop comprehensive legal support for all TTC businesses
Requirements
- Law degree from a recognized Turkish University
- Admitted to practice law in Turkey
- Previous business law experience at a large law firm or corporate legal department
- Proven track record in drafting, negotiating, and closing business transactions
- At least 4-5 years of experience with a leading Turkish law firm in corporate, commercial, banking or litigation
- Proficiency in English and Turkish is essential.
