Role Overview
- Manage buying of unserviceable engines, aircraft, and portfolio of aircraft & engines
- Formulate and execute proposal strategy and purchase agreements
- Lead customer negotiations and identify new opportunities
- Understand used engine market pricing dynamics
- Lead all activities related to engine trading including deal negotiation and contracting
- Establish and maintain relationships internally and externally
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- 5+ years of experience in aircraft and aircraft engine trading and/or leasing
- Proven experience leading end-to-end buy/sell engine transactions, including valuation, deal structuring, and closing
- High-performance in fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively while managing multiple concurrent deals
- Ability to independently draft, review, and refine commercial contracts and transaction documents
- Exceptional communication skills in written and verbal form
- Advanced negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes
