Role Overview
Lead the design, analysis, and evaluation of inlet and exhaust systems projects
Develop and execute module-level design strategies, including managing product and system requirements flowdown
Contribute to innovation and technical advancements for product introduction, quality, performance, cost improvements, and problem resolution
Provide leadership during design reviews and collaborate across teams
Lead cross-functional teams with moderate resource requirements
Present technical data to internal and external customers
Identify and solve technical problems, recommend best practices, and develop action plans
Mentor and guide less experienced team members
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college
Minimum of 5 years of experience in inlet and exhaust systems design, with demonstrated contributions to module-level activities
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
Advanced degree in engineering from an accredited university or college (desired)
Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and support module-level initiatives
Strong problem-solving skills, with experience analyzing and resolving technical challenges
Experience with advanced manufacturing techniques, including additive manufacturing and component manufacturing processes
Demonstrated experience mentoring junior team members, fostering technical growth and leadership development
