Cultivate relationships with the BUE and CLs to fill the ADM pipeline with opportunities
Manage the pipeline and keep the pipeline accurate
Perform pipeline hygiene for CLs and BUEs as requested in HubSpot
Develop a strong understanding of the VSO offerings and practices
Develop a strong ability to present the VSO value proposition, offerings and practices
Be highly responsive to BUE, CL and other executive requests
Develop strong client engagement skills, cold call clients, reach out and establish relationships with known and unknown clients
Drive progression of opportunities
Participate in the development of proposals, SOWs and pricing
Present VSO capabilities and solutions to prospective clients
Build strong relationships with clients and partners with the objective of identifying or closing business
Collaboratively work with practices, BUEs, and others in the development of solutions and proposals
Facilitate and ensure all operational processes and requirements are followed in a deal, e.g. pricing approvals, contract approvals, NDAs, etc.
Support delivery leaders for assigned accounts on status reporting, forecasting, and other assigned activities to enable the account leaders to be successful
Get to know the VSO team on the ground, organize and run internal and external status meetings where needed, and build a rapport with delivery.
Get to know the key stakeholders in the account to include the prime contractor, if there is one; the end client; and any software, hardware or services partners.
Consistently check-in with Business Operations to ensure processes and reporting are accurate, this would include Account Lead Dashboard, Status Reporting, Forecasts, and other key processes.
