Role Overview
- Perform on-site Application Qualification of systems;
- Provide training to customers on automated liquid handling/imaging instrumentation and platform specific software;
- Perform troubleshooting of applications for NIPT assay and instrument service as needed;
- Conduct demonstrations to potential customers on instrumentation and software;
- Conduct post deployment support including SOP implementation and troubleshooting;
- Provide product training to customers as new features/functionality are available;
- Act as the subject matter expert during customer-facing activities;
- Collaborate with Field Team members to develop and deploy systems and tools;
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, or related;
- 3 years of experience providing biotechnology support in a clinical prenatal/diagnostics laboratory testing environment;
- 3 years of experience with Hamilton Star/Starlet equipment;
- 3 years of experience with cfDNA Extraction equipment;
- 2 years of experience with Clinical Imaging equipment;
- 2 years of experience with Supporting testing equipment and clinical testing workflows;
- Up to 15% domestic and international travel, as necessary.
