Client acquisition and account management, including preparation and follow-up of client meetings
You are responsible for developing long-term business relationships, including acquiring new clients and taking the first step in identifying needs within the finance departments of both new and existing clients from DAX, MDAX and mid-sized companies (Mittelstand)
You independently manage your projects in consulting, interim management and recruitment advisory, from needs analysis to contract conclusion
Build your own network of CFOs, managing directors and HR decision-makers through active relationship management
Build and maintain a network of interim managers and finance professionals
Independently conduct negotiations with our clients and interim managers
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business administration/economics
At least 2 years of professional experience in service sales, ideally from consulting or recruitment advisory
Strong communication skills
Structured way of working and excellent organizational skills
Fluent German and good English skills
