About this role
Role Overview
- Support the monthly close by preparing journal entries, reconciling general ledger accounts.
- Record monthly P2P accrued expenses by researching invoices in the purchasing system.
- Prepare GR/IR reconciliations.
- Oversee the tracking, reconciliation, and amortization of prepaid expenses.
- Monitor the purchase and use of gift cards.
- Reconcile Other Accounts Receivable to ensure timely collection of monies due to the company.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on accounting experience.
- Very good English skills (C1 level).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Previous experience with SAP is a plus!
