Role Overview
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Identify and qualify potential leads within the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
- Book discovery meetings and demos for the sales team.
- Research target companies and key decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity within CRM platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation strategies.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture relationships.
- Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets.
- Provide market feedback and insights from customer conversations.
Requirements
- Fluent or native-level German communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong English communication skills.
- Previous experience in sales, lead generation, customer support, or appointment setting is highly preferred.
- Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or Pipedrive.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience working with SaaS, tech, or B2B companies is a plus.
- Stable internet connection and reliable remote work setup.
